Grandview Beach Parade July 4th 2008
A long time tradition in Greece, the Grandview Beach Parade is a "not to be missed" event for young and old. Even the treasured pets are invited to "dress up" for the days festivities, complete with American Flag bandannas. Assemblyman Reilich joined the rest of the elected officials representing Greece to participate again in this most festive occasion. 
"It is great to see everyone from the area participating in one form or another." Reilich said. "It is really neighbor helping neighbor that has this annual tradition growing year after year."
A highlight each year is the student band who travel throughout the parade route playing Patriotic Music. Another favorite is the Parade of Bicyclists which Bill commented seems to get bigger and bigger.
What a great way to kick off the 4th of July Festivities.
